InnerArmor ("we," "our," "us") is an AI coaching and self-help platform designed for domestic violence survivors. We operate at innerarmor.polsia.app.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.
If you access InnerArmor through a provider organization (e.g., a DV shelter, counseling service, or healthcare provider), your provider may have a dashboard showing enrollment and session activity counts.
By default, your journal entries, check-in responses, mood scores, and assessment results are 100% private from your provider organization.
You can opt in to share specific data (e.g., safety plans) with your provider from within the app. This is always voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@innerarmor.com.
Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interest (e.g., billing records).

InnerArmor is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not provide healthcare services. The data you submit to InnerArmor (including clinical self-assessments) is not protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.
If you require HIPAA-compliant mental health tools, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive tokens, and access controls limiting who can view your data. No system is perfectly secure; use InnerArmor on trusted devices.

InnerArmor is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.
